3–4 training sessions of 45–60 minutes is all you need. I build plans around your actual schedule, not an ideal version of your life. Even if you travel or have a chaotic week, we adjust.
A gym is preferred for the best results, but it is not essential. I can build around home equipment or minimal gear if needed. We discuss this during your strategy call.
